Beaconsfield ANZAC Memorial Service 2025

The Beaconsfield ANZAC Memorial Service 2025 was held on Sunday 20 April at the Bonette Reserve (the site of the Cenotaph).

The Beaconsfield Anzac Memorial Service was first held in 1999. Since then a Memorial Service has been held each year on the Sunday before Anzac Day.

Beaconsfield war memorials

Beaconsfield has a history of dedicated war service. There are several memorials in the town remembering the soldiers and they are all documented on this website:

Beaconsfield ANZAC Memorial Service 2025

The 26th memorial service was conducted in accordance with the ANZAC 2025 Order of Service document.

Mayor Jack Kowarzik welcomed everyone to the service on behalf of Cardinia Shire.

The service was held at Bonette Reserve and Beaconsfield War Memorial, in Woods street
The Beaconsfield Avenue of Honour nameplates are at Beaconsfield Park on Corner of Old Princes Hwy and Beaconsfield Emerald Road. These local soldiers served in World War One and are remembered with the trees planted along  Berwick High Street. 
Beaconsfield  knitted Poppies made by members of the community.
BPA is a voluntary organisation representing the interests of residents and businesses of Beaconsfield, liaising with Cardinia Shire Council, Commonwealth and State Governments and Non-Government bodies in regard to planning & community issues, events and amenities for Beaconsfield.
