Due to the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic situation, we have had to review events we proposed to hold in the next few months. The health and wellbeing of our members and persons attending our events is of paramount importance to us.
After due consideration we have decided to cancel the Anzac Memorial Service planned to be held on 19 April 2020.. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience; however the health of all community members and protection against COVID-19 denies the holding of the event this year.
However, we will still mark Anzac Day on 25 April by displaying the flags and laying wreaths on the cenotaph, but there will not be a service in Beaconsfield.
