Beaconsfield Kindergarten O’Neil Rd was excited to partner with the Level Crossings Removal Project on their student artwork project.
These have been photographed and printed and a unique art display has been created around the construction area during the works at Beaconsfield station.
In total across all groups we have created 14 unique artworks that reflect the children’s ideas about what is important to them. Through a process of observation, reflection and consultation some beautiful themes emerged.
This is another example of the Kindergarten’s strong connection to our local community and we thank the Level Crossings Removal Project for the opportunity to be involved.
Caring for our country and each other, the importance of play, family, and friendship and experimenting with self-expression of ideas and emotions. The children are so proud of their collaborative artworks and are excited to be sharing them.
