After a few years missing in the community, it was so great to see Carols by the Creek back and in the original location by the iconic Cardinia Creek in Bob Burgess Reserve. Melbourne turned on the weather for a stunning day with perfect conditions and it was a night for family and friends to enjoy and celebrate Christmas together as a community. There was a great turn out from the community as families had picnic teas.
The talent of performances by Beaconsfield Baptist Church Band, Daughters of the King, the Eleven 88 dancers and local artist Chenuli Haththimuni meant there was something for everyone to enjoy and then everyone joined in singing the well-known Christmas Carols.
A big thank you to all who made this day such a success! We look forward to seeing you at this year’s event, which is scheduled to be held on Sunday 22nd December 2024.
