Scouting is back to normal at Beaconsfield Officer Scout Group. All our youth from the Joeys to the Rovers have been enjoying meeting weekly during term time with lots of camping, learning new skills and other adventurous activities over the past year.
At the beginning of October our youngest section, the Joeys, attended Kangaree at Lardner Park where they had a fantastic weekend camping with other Joeys across the state.
They learnt many new skills and took part in lots of fun activities and made lots of new friends. Later on this year our Cub section have Cuboree which is a 5-day camp during the school holidays with other Cubs from around the state.
Scout ages range from 5yrs to 25yrs so come along and join the fun. There is also an opportunity for adult volunteers or students needing practical experience to come and help out. Contact email for enquiries beaconsfieldscoutgroup@gmail.com.
