James and Phyllis married on 26 November 1949, they had four children Jennifer, Lindsay, Ken and Robyn. They lived in Beaconsfield until in the late 1970’s when they moved to Point Vernon, Queensland.
On Friday 26 November they celebrated their 50 year marriage anniversary at their home in Queensland.
James died on 16 August 2013 at the Bayhaven Aged Care Facility, in Point Vernon Queensland and cremated at the Fraser Coast Crematorium and Bayside memorial Gardens, Harvey Bay Queensland.
