The Beaconsfield Progress Association Incorporated (BPA) is a voluntary organisation representing the interests of residents and businesses of Beaconsfield, liaising with Cardinia Shire Council, Commonwealth and State Governments and Non-Government bodies in regard to planning and community issues, events and amenities for Beaconsfield.
