On the 10<sup>th<\/sup>January 1919 Hugh was promoted to Corporal. Returned to Australia on the 27<sup>th<\/sup>October 1919. Discharged on the 11<sup>th<\/sup>December 1919. Hugh married Helen Mary Malseed in 1915. Hugh re-enlisted for World War Two, Service No V91411.<\/p>\n<p>Died on the 10<sup>th<\/sup>June 1967 at Heywood, Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>Buried in June 1967 at Heywood Cemetery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hamilton Spectator <\/strong> (4<sup>th <\/sup>February 1916)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>&#8220;With The Colours.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Messrs Albert Sewell Cottier and Hugh Allan Cameron are the latest recruits who have volunteered for active service abroad, from Heywood, they are in training at camp. Both are members of the Heywood Rifle Club and Mr H Cameron is one of the best shots.
